It's good to see Aberystwyth again. We spent many family holidays in the area (at Bryn Crug, just outside Tywyn). I'm sure I recognise those green tiles!
Hi, I've removed word verification...so if all goes well I'll leave it off..... Please leave a pebble in the pool ((o)) even if you don't want to comment, it is nice to see where you all come from! Thanks!
Of the three Aberystwyth sets, this, the details is my favourite, and the blue tinged bricks - beautiful
ReplyDeleteI love architectural details - these are my favs! The sea looks chilly and lonely to me ...

love the tiles!
ReplyDeleteand the funky bricks of course LOL
Oh, I love that wall and the mosaic.
ReplyDeleteThere is something very satisfying about walls that show their history. Layers of mortar, paint and soot.
The first photo is my favourite :)
ReplyDeletethese are beautiful... especially like the last window shot.
ReplyDeleteThe bricks are slightly blue tinged because of the light level and angle..and they are taken with a mobile phone!!

The green tiles with the white horse are from....The White Horse pub!
ReplyDeleteThe others are from the library, built in 1905 I think
I got it wrong - I thought they were from that magnificent public loo on the sea-front!
