We had a Bike Day yesterday..over to Fielding with friends for some track time with them for Pirate.
The youngsters enjoyed a handicap race at the end of their training....Pirate sneaked a bit extra....and managed to win!!! All good fun.
Then we went with our coach friend to a coffee shop in town... could have chosen any of half a dozen...and as we waited for our coffee on seats by the door, out came, from the upstairs seats, a friend and her daughter that we hadn't seen for four years!!!
Cosmic Chuckle or what?!!!
Back to Whanganui to eat our sammies (sandwiches) and a little shopping before an evening spin session in our friend's home gym with most of the regulars..I joined in as well this time.
We just watched the evening's colourful sunset....such a difference to the previous evening which was this.....
Solstice today...I wonder what tonight's skies will be?...grey and thundery as I write this, mid afternoon .

ReplyDeleteOh it looks so very warm there! Your cosmic chuckle made me chuckle. My daughter and her husband were in a coffee shop in Spain and ran into a colleague from the school they worked at in Afghanistan! Neither of them could believe their eyes.
