The heap that I'll be taking to the recycling company eventually
This is now mostly in the back of the carAnd today's load cleared the grass
My back is complaining a little!!
The corvid news is that the jackdaws are back, it is pairing and nesting time for them and the crows.....
My landlord says that he'll get someone out in a couple of weeks ...by which time the birds will have moved in!!

...you don't want room mates?
ReplyDeleteNot under the same roof....
DeleteWell done with the stuff to go to the Tip. Note to self - blardywell do the same!! Sorry you have Corvids checking your place out to go a nesting . . . Hope the landlord gets it sorted before they have done more than a recce.
ReplyDeleteOh goodness, that would be a nuisance (for you and the birds!) Well done on the clean out.
ReplyDeleteYou are doing an amazing job sorting and clearing. I think my back would feel a little sore after all that work. You'll need a day or two with no heavy lifting.
ReplyDeleteThat is a great cleanout.
ReplyDeleteThat is a serious amount of clearing out. What will you do with all the freed up space?
ReplyDeleteBreathe!!
DeleteBe able to get at things and use spaces properly
A couple of weeks! They would of taken over by then
ReplyDeleteStill it must be a sign spring is on its way
It certainly is...have you found Nick Crawford on fb or IG ? He has been rescuing and caring for Corvids for 20+ years on Skye.
DeleteCorvids nest earlier than other birds...so that when their chicks need feeding there are eggs...and then chicks..of other birds around, as well as the usual bugs and carrion
Well done! That is a lot of work, but won't it be great when it's all cleared out?
ReplyDeleteThe birds, though...what a headache.
