I managed to get going earlier...and got things done!!
My homework was well recieved...I managed to get all the phrases for "some, numerous, a heap of etc" in one long and one short sentence....on worrying about learning a foreign language!!
I turned the bud vases upsidedown to dry the bases a little quicker....but then had to cover them with cling film, so that they don't dry too much before I can finish them.
Plus the bonus of being on the same bus home as my friend from the next village up...which gave us time for a good natter!
and dandelions..just because !!JayCee have you seen the report on Manx tv about La Malouine ?

Good to be getting more sun.
ReplyDelete...dandelions are in their glory here.

ReplyDeleteYes. As you can imagine it is all over our local news here. I walked past her yesterday at low tide on my way home from town and there was a small crowd of mums with excited toddlers crowding around her on the sand.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to seeing dandelions here.
ReplyDeleteI went back to your post to see the vases -- they'll be fabulous. And thanks for your comment on my mom post, too. Rick's off tomorrow for a long tandem ride. It will be quiet around here!
ReplyDeleteDandelions are always welcome here!
ReplyDeleteConcentration on French made you forget English.
ReplyDeleteWe have yellow small dandelion-like flowers on some kind of flatweed - the gold finches just love the seed and are passing through in flocks right now
