Hot Springs!

We stayed in Hanmer Springs.. very touristy and full of mosquitoes..and expensive, even in a plywood campsite cabin!!
We had a walk round the town before or drive 'home' and saw some huge trees and the Hu Hu beetle..the biggest longhorn beetle in NZ.









Today I realized..we have been here for two weeks..,an not one earth tremor..

    I've only been in Christchurch once and it was very brief so only stayed in town didn't see the country.
