Eeek! I was just at the allotment yesterday looking at the yacon growing up through what had been the pumpkin patch before I harvested the fruits and put the withering vines on the compost heap. It would be good to get it all tidy. Mustn't harvest until after the first frost said my little internal voice. That will be ages yet.
