I am not happy with the finish yet..but the new book press is making it lighter work on my hands.
Just not sure how to get them better using water based printing ink..I thought go for quicker drying than oil based ink. I know, I should have been doing this at least a month ago!!
From this angle - they look great - remember you are probably your own worst critic!

ReplyDeleteGood idea of your daughter's though--the heavy frame outweighs the bird.
I always work best under time-pressure...
I like the slightly imperfect look, makes them look specially made for the recipient rather than bought in a rush on the way home...
