We have been having a wide range of skies.. Thursday morning was all fog.
Friday morning had an apricot sky
And again Friday night, towards the sunset and the clouds a little to one side.
Yesterday I discovered that not all apples bottle/can the same...
The red ones held their shape, the yellow ones went to fluff and blew off their tops.. luckily in the pressure cooker not the oven!! However they do juice and dry well and are good eaters.
"Horses for courses" as the saying goes!!
So, not all apples are equal, that tickled me😀
