That looks so yummy. A friend invited me to lunch at an Indian restaurant in Asheville yesterday, and then I brought home half my fare to have reheated for dinner...it was delicious, and I was so grateful to have something made for me by another cook! A whole day with very little prep or cooking on my part, such a blessing!

ReplyDeleteDinner looks delicious! I had to google the spice mix, it's one I hadn't heard of. I just might have to mix some up.

ReplyDeleteThose two flowers look very much like what we call coltsfoot - one of my favourite flowers of early Spring.
ReplyDeleteRas el Hanout costs a fortune in delis for what it is - good to home make.
