Rouken Glen walk

Rouken Glen is a huge park in Glasgow. We met a friend for a walk there as we both had to travel for an hour to get there!  We had a good light lunch in the garden centre before a long walk in the park. He went home after that, and we treated ourselves to tea and cake!

It was good to see our friend and hopefully we can get together again next week sometime, weather permitting.

  1. A combination of weather, family, commitments, post jab feeling rubbish, I've not walked for a few days and I am missing being out! Reading your post has really made me realise that, will try and remedy that today😊

  2. Looks like a good walk, despite the omnipresent winter gloom!

  3. That's a nice walk, what is the brick structure used for

  4. There is a mill nearby, but that structure hides a pump for the water supply to the old estate mansion
