Before our friends left on their way home to the Outer Hebrides, we had a morning together...brunch in a café and a walk on the beach at Greenan Shore.
Sounds like you had a good visit and lovely walk. Wonderful pictures. Would love to see that castle, or what's left of it. Do you know the history of it? So close to the shore it could fall in, or perhaps has to some degree?
Hi, I've removed word verification...so if all goes well I'll leave it off..... Please leave a pebble in the pool ((o)) even if you don't want to comment, it is nice to see where you all come from! Thanks!
Good friends are good times.

ReplyDeleteReminds me of a beach in Co.Clare that also has a ruined castle overlooking it....wish I could have a walk there!
Is that a castle or a ruin right on the cliff edge? Is it safe from falling into the sea? Your photos are beautiful.

ReplyDeleteThey must find it quite busy compared with where they live.
ReplyDeleteOh, I wish we could come walk that with you, too. Marvelous.
ReplyDeleteTerra, yes..both!

ReplyDeleteSome very high cliffs there, they look very tall and imposing
ReplyDeleteGood walk, good photos--thanks!
ReplyDeleteThe castle looks rather precarious, perched on top of that steep cliff!
