And grubby paws day! I have been slowly cleaning bike bits most of the day...but I did get an hour's stroll around Hannahston.
Not the full circuit, 11am looked to be dogwalking time and I didn't need to meet a group of jumping yappy dogs!
Like baubles...
Blackbird bath time!!
I'm hoping that the right video has loaded!
Not easy to see on the phone screen.
Then back for lunch and more bike bits cleaning. Some will not be worth selling, but as I wrote before..you have to get them clean to find that out!
This one is the right video.. hopefully,!
Sparrow alley
A lovely peaceful looking place to walk, with a real wintry feel about it.
ReplyDelete...thanks for showing me around.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome 🙂
DeleteA nice walk! Much too cold here today, a wind to cut right through you, and never got above 32°f. Tonight will be 16°f, or -9°C. Brrr.
ReplyDeleteThat blackbird is having a lovely time in his bath Love the birds. The first video has a distinct sounding bird but I don’t know what it was.
ReplyDeletePossibly a willow warbler?
DeleteLooks like a good walk.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed walking with you. There is something very soul satisfying to me about a bleak winter landscape, and I know that makes me sound like a weirdo. I could sit in our new house and spend hours listening to the wind blowing around the eaves. I remember it from my childhood, and it is like meeting up with an old friend. We do not have that in town.
ReplyDeleteYou'll be glad to move in there
DeleteNice to take in some nature, even if it is cold and gray!
ReplyDeleteIt is Steve. But it is too easy to stay indoors when you're used to walking in company, but the company is no more
DeleteThank you for the tour. Enjoying the outdoors and observing the seasonal changes is a daily occurrence for me as well.
ReplyDeleteIt looks very December-ish over there! Brrr.
ReplyDeleteChilly but not as cold as it should be
Delete(O)
ReplyDeleteIs that a baby llama? He's adorable. What a nice walk indeed!
ReplyDeleteSame family..but smaller, an alpaca
