Hi, I've removed word verification...so if all goes well I'll leave it off..... Please leave a pebble in the pool ((o)) even if you don't want to comment, it is nice to see where you all come from! Thanks!
Always nice to have a quiet day indoors after so much activity.
ReplyDeleteYou do patchworking on holiday?!
ReplyDeleteLess holiday, more just living here for a short time 🙂
DeleteI thought you would get it. Mangawhai was hit hard - 2 in hospital, power cut etc. etc. We had heavy rain and thunder in the night and showers today.

You could be in Ireland or Scotland. I am sure it will soon brighten up.
ReplyDeleteOr in Somerset...

ReplyDeleteYes, hard to head out into bad weather. Your patchwork of shirts is good work--I look forward to seeing more of it.
ReplyDeleteOh, I can't wait to hear a thunderstorm again. I am looking forward to winter being done!!!
ReplyDeleteHow long will you continue in New Zealand? I'll bet Scotland is missing you!
ReplyDeleteJust over another month.
DeleteI'm not missing cold, damp weather and power cuts!!
Working on your squares makes a good rainy day project. Is this your first rain since being in NZ?
ReplyDeleteIt was damp when I first arrived, then summer kicked in...first rain here for three weeks
DeleteMost of the country has had that weather especially Northland, Mangawhai, my home time had a tornado. Wish we had some more rain though.
ReplyDeleteNow that looks cosy!
