Two good spots in the day...
Physio appointment....he worked into my ankle as the damage has eased with the exercise it got on NZ...gave ankles knees and hips full marks for condition and worked on my neck. I am now standing taller!! And more relaxed.
Then bought the backing board for behind the kiln flue and stove flue...and the good quote I received last month came down further..plus I could get the sheets in the back of my car so that saved £20...and I spent that on external paint for the sheds!!
The frustrating part of the day has been trying to print some card backs....the printer doesn't want to listen to the laptop...
But it does to the tablet!!
Daughter corrected my design so that the writing was going the right way....but somehow printing on A5 format isn't working...not sure if that is printer or tablet...the latter I think.
I'll just have to hand write card backs!!
Big plus for physical bill of health. Well done on advancing the flue completion. And as for the card backs there will be no question about their hand printed authenticity.
ReplyDeleteGood point
DeleteOh that sort of tech trouble just drives me nuts! Handwriting on back is a time-honored option!
ReplyDeleteI'll have to practice being tidy instead of drunken spider style!!
DeleteAny computer/printer issues are so frustrating.
ReplyDeleteVery!
DeleteCan you not make your own stamp for the back,
ReplyDeleteI'm working on that
DeleteGosh, after yesterday's gardening I feel like I've been steam-rollered and would love a massage. According to my chiro I have good hips, but they don't feel that flexible today.
ReplyDeleteNot after all that weeding!!
DeleteAre you any good at calligraphy GZ?
ReplyDeleteYes I can do that...grandpa did as well. With a quill! I still have all his calligraphy nibs somewhere too
Delete...I'm glad that the physical terrorist was a help.
ReplyDeleteThat's great news from your physio!
ReplyDeleteComputer headaches, yuck. I hate tech.
Good on the flue achievements, plus paint! Sorry printer is still mis-communicating!
ReplyDeleteWhen my printer failed, I was advised to buy a new Brother printer. I was told they are low cost, as are the print cartridges, and the machine is reliable.
ReplyDeleteI stick with HP and Epson as they are Linux compatible and good quality. I don't know if Brother is? I will get a printer with refillable inks next time not cartridges
DeleteUgh! Technology!
ReplyDeleteExactly!!
DeleteOho! Personalized! That should raise the price.
