Good in the greenhouse...shallots sprouting roots...they'll go out when they really start growing. cherry tomato and hot pepper seeds have been chitting...and we have roots! So they have been put in small pots.
The best of the kale plants got planted out and beetroot and radish sown.
Bad in the greenhouse. One pane properly broken. But it had been on the way out anyway. I have a spare.
On the studio front, I have brought in most of my small tools and stamps...and bits and bobs....fifty years of accumulation needs sorting!!
These are not all...

...keep heading in the right direction.
ReplyDeleteSounds as though everything is coming on well.
ReplyDeleteWell, you have made a good start anyway, and your veg plans are more ambitious than mine.
ReplyDeleteSounds like your well on the way to a great garden. And your spring cleaning is definitely going gang busters.
ReplyDeleteby fits and starts...like everything here
DeleteGreat progress in the greenhouse. Amazing how things accummulate but most of the bits will have a story of which you may be reminded when you handle them.
ReplyDeleteThey will indeed
DeleteYour new veggie plantings seem to be doing very well.
ReplyDeleteOrganizing and sorting lots of tools makes a good project. I wish you lived closer as I have an extra tool chest on wheels that I could give to you. It will go to the swap shop (free to anyone that wants it) soon.
I think I have one of those lurking in Pirate's shed!!
DeleteJust a bit envious that you are plantinand growing. We have returned to having frost at night. At least we have some sun today.
ReplyDeleteI am being the proverbial tortoise when it comes to cleaning and sorting. Amazing how stuff accumulates. You have quite a collection. I think 'collection' sounds so much better than hoard!
That sorting looks like a job but you've already proven you're up to it!
ReplyDelete50 years is a long time to save things up, hopefully it doesn't take too long to sort, have a great week.
ReplyDeleteThat will be a nice little project for you. How nice to have seedlings to plant
ReplyDeleteSounds good! I am seriously regretting not putting up ny little greenhouses this year. Next year for sure. I can't find tbe plants i want anywhere around here, and it is so frustrating.
