This morning was just relaxing and waiting for a delivery...then out to town with bro.
Paying most of my takings in....that is over a third of the car mending paid back in....and some kept as float for gallery days and the next cycle jumble/ craft fair when I have enough stock, or whatever!
A framed A4 print sent off... that's a handy £28! From just posting a Facebook memory of my prints ...
Lunch in the bookshop then a walk up the street in Ayr where they have cleaned the block paving ..it has really made a difference....the rest of the town needs cleaning...and keeping clean!!
Then off to Culzean to stock check cards , look in the secondhand bookshop and go for a decent walk to the walled garden..fruit and veges...and to the Swan pond and back.
Lovely to have the sea breezes but also shelter from the trees as we walked around.
No vines in at the moment..just a peach tree.

Oh, what a lovely walk.
It was gale force winds here today so I hunkered down at home, refining my holiday packing 😁
...put some rocks in your pockets so you don't blow away!
Great wind sculpted stone. It must be soft sandstone thereabouts as I couldn't imagine any wind doing that to Scotlands granite buildings
The elements are harsh. Carving away at stone. They do make beautiful
Carvings.
Lovely walk. Still windy here as well. Nice to have your brother staying, I have Max' son here at present, he came up for Doug's birthday.
I hope you dressed for the wind. A good windbreaker jacket is key. Beautiful views. Love the dragon!
I once saw a copper dragon at a garden center and thought I'd love it beneath a Japanese Maple in my garden. Sadly, it was one-of-a-kind and not for sale.
I cant help wondering what the dragon might look like (enhanced even?) if the willow started to sprout a bit.
Lovely walk. Thanks for the tour. The way wind and water shape our environment is pretty amazing. Fine dragon!
Liking the walk, the dragon reminds me of the loch ness monster
