Still indoors.. mainly!

The storm has mainly moved on towards Scandinavia, but the wind is still more than a stiff breeze! And wet this morning as well...but warmish...we reached the heady heights of the mid teens ⁰C....my friend in France still has had no rain...but at least the temperature has come down from 32⁰ to 26⁰....

A bit battered..but still growing.

Can anyone identify the owner...

I saw the fluff at first and thought it was from a long haired black cat that prowls around here....it was on ea squash plant's stem....

Not such a good day today...one of those days when you have something to share..but the one you want to share it with is no longer here...

On a good note, corner #3 of Our Shirts is pinned on ready to sew.

That must have been quite a wind. I would stay indoors too.
Yes, days like that are not easy. My husband is here but I can't talk to him about my son who passed away. He doesn't seem able to grasp the level of grief. My mother would but she is gone too. It's a lonely place to be sometimes. Holding you in my heart, gz.

I’m so sorry your sharing partner is gone…. Would dedicating a journal to Pirate and writing the messages to him, for him to “read”, help at all, do you think?

That feather being so downy I wonder if it's waterfowl of some sort. Strange to be in your garden tho if that's the case. Those beans are doing well.

I’m sure the garden will recover quickly and keep producing for you.
I have no idea who owned that feather. I do understand missing the one you always share your news with. It’s the price we pay for love I guess
