 The Pirate got third in the 75+ sprint!

 I was third in the 50+ sprint, fastest 60+rider.
Then in the 500m time trial could ride in the World championship jersey that I won last October

 and Iwon a different stripey jersey!!

 The commissaires.....keep us safe and riding well....

 meanwhile outside in the rain, the speedway carries on....

 and I finished with a silver in the 60+pursuit....

 the jerseys were,unfortunately "one size fits all".......

 and himself rode all his events, helped plenty of people, enjoyed himself and was well appreciated and thanked....

I realized, watching these 16-18 year olds that I'd started time trialling 50 years ago, and track racing 48 years ago....at that time you weren't allowed to do so any younger.

 A great weekend partying...organized online, by email and skype by his daughter, from Utah where she is working as an interior designer...
We were supposed to go to the Sharrow Festival in Sheffield as well, but it was rather too wet!! So we all went for a walk instead .

We bought some rather good souvenirs of Yorkshire

from a shop selling everything Yorkshire...beer, bread (made 100m away in a real bakery!) veggies, fruit, preserves and all sorts of other things....

The ride-on started first time!...Now at work on the new "estate", having given the yard at Orchard Farm a farewell trim before chugging down here.

 Our new home, if all goes well....workshop to the right, if landlady's brother will sell...if not there is a slabbed and painted base for a better one! There will also be left, once a kennel enclosure has been shifted, a very handy base where a kiln can be parked and a small pole barn built around it.....

Nothing is settled until we're in there and can believe it...five more weeks....we're hoping that the landlady will take life a bit easier and let her body heal....meningitis is nasty, whatever sort you have.

We looked at two houses....both in need of a good clean.

We've decided, hopefully all will go well.....keeping all the balls in the air for all the other things we do isn't easy at the best of times.....

All packaged and ready to go..I've started putting them on my Etsy shop, linked to facebook...I need to find a gallery shop...
Once we've moved there should be more time to make and to sell!
