We have had over two days of rain here, but it seems to be lifting now. We decided to go up a road new to us, which goes from Blenheim over the Taylor Pass to the Awatere river valley and Seddon.
We managed to get 12km up a very nice road, past a honey factory and a trekking centre before the tar seal finished...and we weren't about to ride up 8km of gravel road!
