Meet Sheldon..our cyclist WOOFer, here for a couple of days before heading off to Aberdeen and an overnight ferry to the Shetland Isles. He'll be WOOFing there on an organic veggie farm.

We last saw him when he and the Pirate rode the 7 Day Wellington to Auckland Tour on 2013.

Meanwhile,this is the one fine day we'll have this week. We'll be out on our bikes very soon!!
