Lunchtime walk, on our way
Before and after squirrel attention!
Rumbling Bridge vibrates with the water thundering underneath...just imagine what it would be like after rain!

photo catchup
so far...not sure whether to cut more or start afresh.
A walk in Prestwick
then a walk by Ness Glen
A panorama in two halves from the Dark Sky observatory
and a bridge at the foot of Ness Glen, over the Doon River

Ae Forest...not just A Forest
The village of Ae
Truly wild crab apples...with vicious thorns!!

It is a Forestry Commission area, with walking and cycling trails, a bike shop and a good cafe. It is one of the Seven Stanes Mountain Biking trails.

Culross Walk with friends
Longannett power station...coal fired...now closed
Grangemouth...refineries
Three lads on a walk
Culross private pier, built where centuries ago there were piers and much trade
old cobbled lanes, and an exhibition by the Cone 8 group of potters...a lovely unexpected bonus on our day out!
al fresco table tennis...and there are games painted on other tables
the public toilets!
and some gates to a large house
and along the Firth of Forth, the bridges in the distance.
A much needed day off, even if it meant yet more driving!
