Unfortunately not music....
Crabapple and Hawthorn Jelly.
About a large 500g yoghourt potfull of ripe Haws in 6 pounds of fruit and four pints(uk, 20 fluid ounces) of water. I added six cloves to the juice before heating and adding the sugar and removed them before potting the jelly. Just for a little seasonal touch!
It is nearly 11am, The Pirate should now be recovering and feeling rather groggy and a bit sore... he'll phone when he wants me there!
Now to give the car some tlc...oil and air...and attack some more housework...anything to get tired enough to sleep...it is cold and damp out there and threatening rain, so no work or bike.
