track racing!!

The past few weeks have been taken up with finishing all our "jobs" (as the grass and hedge cutting season is nearly over), getting everything tidy and making preparations for this week....
We're enjoying the sun in Manchester   !!

Sunny because we're here for 8 days indoors of the World Masters Track Champs at the velodrome 

Looks like we can spend a fair amount in the fresh air...my second event is early Wednesday evening and the Pirate's first two are tonight and tomorrow night.

550 entrants ( age 35 to 83 ) and 31 countries...the biggest yet.
It is in LA next year and it will be interesting to see how many entries they get there.
Even the riders from the USA say they like it here as everyone can get here.....

I forgot to pack my camera to pooter lead, so no pictures...not that I've had time or inspiration for much camera work!
