From low mist in the morning..through rain showers..to sunny intervals..and a couple of almost hail showers...and back to mist in the evening!!
Indoors jobs....moving a small chest freezer to the studio...and turning the bench 90⁰ because despite careful trimming with a saw...the gap was 1 cm too narrow!! Then floor cleaning...mopping there and steam cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors..Despite the showers, this dried nicely..a quick vacuum through and lunch while everything dried!
Bread maker set to work after lunch..
Tried to sort paperwork...at least I have the bits of paper together to note stock levels in the stock book ....
Eventually got around to 30 minutes on the turbo, after message chatting with sono #2...
curry from the freezer....and yoghurt on the way in the yoghurt maker overnight.
It sounds a lot....but it wasn't really.

1 cm too narrow! Argggggh, how frustrating!
Some great sky shots.
Similar weather
Sounds like my kind of day, I like to be doing plenty. I have had bread makers before but not been happy with the results, I like sourdough or crusty rustic country loaves and have yet to find anything that will do that for me! what kind of bread do you make in your machine? making your own yoghurt sounds hard work, I probably wouldn't have the space or patience so admire you for doing so :) Betty
more modern machines do sourdough bread, I make 50 % wholemeal.
,Yoghurt is easy. heat milk to 180⁰ F for 10 mins, cool to 110⁰F, mix in a bit of live yoghurt, in the maker or a flask overnight
I must try making yoghurt myself. How frustrating that you were 1cm short on space. Sounds like you ticked lots on your to do list anyway.
Elderberry Rob - For crusty loaves, I raise to dough setting in my breadmaker, then take out and put on greased tray in warm room, leave to continue rising, and then brush with milk or egg yolk (latter gives better colour) and then cook in a hot oven for half an hour. Gives a lovely crusty loaf.
Syeam cleaning is fairly extreme is it not? Good though for dispensing with chemicals.
It does a good job on tiles and vinyl flooring!
1 cm off is so close. Can you make one more cut and make it work?
You have a beautiful sky. The light blue with large white clouds is especially lovely.
We have blue skies and sunshine, but it continues to be cold.
That single centimeter sure must be annoying!
It would have been a LOT of work....
I turned the bench 90⁰...job done!!
