We had to read out what we'd written.
Our teacher had read mine when I arrived, and made a note on her paper of my mistake. She did that as we took turns to read our work aloud , then we discussed each in turn.
Funnily enough without thinking I corrected it as I read it out!! Getting there slowly.
I'd had a choice before going to town...do I wear the warm jacket....or the jacket that is more waterproof?
It was colder here than in town but....I should have gone for waterproof!
I may have made a friend on the bus home...she does watercolours but mainly textile collages...I'm ten years younger than her gran. But age is irrelevant when you talk art.

Always good to make a new friend of any age.
Sometimes weather challenges as what to wear.
art/creativity/expression is indeed a great leveller
It was muggy when I walked up to my friend's house yesterday. I was glad just to have a t-shirt on, even when it began to rain a bit - that felt like bliss! Gld you may have made a new friend.
I've taken to keeping some sort of jacket in the car. Just because it's sunny and warm here at home doesn't mean that there won't be a sharp breeze blowing off the ocean when we go into town!
A friend is always welcome!
Age is irrelevant when you find any common topic, really.
Our weather has been ok lately. Breezy and not terribly hot. Regular rain showers or downpours are also common.
I carry an umbrella and wear layers.
A new friend to share art interests with is always good.
New friends - for a day, for a season, for a lifetime - kindred souls in creative endeavours - are always good. Is there any issues over there with varroa mite in hives? Its causing all sorts of issues for beekeepers here.
I love talking to people when I’m out. My friends left me for ten minutes at the theatre, only to come back ten minutes later and find me chatting away with some random person.
They’re never surprised by this lol
Well done on the French.
