workshops moving..

Today's dismantling team is four men and Charlie the Dog.
The snow overnight is fast disappearing, thankfully, but there are still icy patches.
One of our willing team is a plumber and heating engineer from just down the road from our new home....hopefully he'll be able to get the heating working!!
Despite being freezing outside, the new home is just a bit cold inside...unlike the old one which is cold and damp!  Both probably about the same age (1920s)

A trench was dug through our yard for a pipe. I have a great picture of the supervisor hanging his head over one one side and his dog doing the same on the other.
Hope all goes well in the new house, and you get it warm soon. I hate cold!

Wishing you all the best in your new home, gz!

Let's hope you get properly settled this time. Houses with little insulation are not easy to heat (ours is just stone), but when you get a few fires going....

Toes crossed everything gets moved and set up quickly!
Helper pets are a necessary part of life!
Stay warm....and dry!

Glad to see the move is happening, after the crap that was pulled by your landlords. They should give you more than your bond back in recognition of the improvement you did to it....
Nasty toxic people's behaviour.
Be happy in your new place!
