Wet, windy, not quite so chilly..but not exactly pleasant!
The wall is done apart from the last bit that I can't reach...yet.
The clock needs sone tlc...probably a good clean...I wonder if the clockmaker is still going...he is in his eighties and when we last saw him he was only mending the clocks that he liked...so my clock was priviledged!!
The gallery is clear of rubbish
(not my photos) and we clean on Sunday afternoon
French conversation this afternoon in Ayr library...celebrating a year ...or as someone wrote on the board..Bon Anniversayr...
a couple of photos of the library...
and words..

Fresca here.
The reddish library tiles would look nice with your red wall. Such a rich color—I love your taste in color
The wall looks great! And I love those white floral tiles -- very elegant.
Nice tiles! And the clearing out at the gallery certainly changed the appearance of things.
The clock is a real eye-catcher against the beautiful red background.
What a lovely gallery! It's a shame I can't make it to the opening...
Warm regards to you,
it's raining in the snow today. It won't be long before the snowdrops bloom.
What a lovely warm colour. Just what you need on a drear February day.
I love your hot cherry wall.
Your new red wall is great. Do you plan to re-hang some art?
The gallery looks lovely and ready to be re-stocked.
The red you chose is certainly a success! We have a bluer red in a hallway and find we have to be a bit cautious about companion colors - this looks like a more congenial red.
Cheers, Ceci
Wow that gallery is enormous I sure it will fit lots of interesting art.
I really do love the red. Looks great
I love those tiles. Are they interior? The red you chose was perfect.
thats a nice shade of red you have chosen. your clock looks unusual
I like the wall color!
Yes, I will be hanging some art...not sure what yet
It looks much bigger when empty! There are ten of us..should be twelve, but they are wary of having more again, so far. Three 3D and one jeweller.
just in the first lobby of the library
A school clock. The mechanism used was last made in 1905
That wall! It's spectacular!
