To edit...it was the penicillin antibiotic which has caused the problems....
All the symptoms are steadily disappearing as my body clears the penicillin. It will take a while with some of them, but even my hip is easing steadily..I'm keeping up with anti inflammatory gel..and keeping moving!!
Despite a chilly breeze, I weeded a quarter of the polytunnel and cleared the grass as well as I could from the quarter which has alpine strawberries. With the wind from the front of the house and with the late afternoon sun I was warm enough and the fresh air was good.
Then a bit of improving..fettling the greenware which is waiting to be fired. I am putting it in mushroom trays, packed around with shredded paper.

Glad the antibiotics are helping, plus the anti-inflammatory gel! That stuff is a godsend, isn't it!
Glad to hear your on the mend.
Glad to hear your symptoms are improving.
Being able to work outside without feeling dictated to by the weather is such a pleasure, last week (I almost over did it with my hands) working outside in the garden every day was quite uplifting. Hope you keep on feeling better :)
unfortunately it was the penicillin antibiotic which caused all the problems..and didn't touch the finger problem
Penicillin seems to be quite a common allergenic. I am also allergic and the last time I took a course it caused quite scary symptoms!
Do you still have the infection? Are they going to prescribe another antibiotic?
You are accomplishing lots of work in the garden.
Anti-inflammatory gel works well and it seems to be helping you. As for the finger, could the problem be caused by a bug bite or something in the clay or soil?
I am learning many new wirds related to pottery making! I have never heard fettling before. Is that related to the saying "in fine fettle"?
Glad to know you're feeling better!
I'm glad to hear you are getting better every day. I love the detail on that bowl on the lower left in the photo.
Glad you're improving now you know about the allergy. I could look at your pots all day 😍
So - how is the original problem? I remember when a friend had a stone bruise on her foot and how the fixes just kept making more problems.
It feels good to get outside and do things at this time of year, when spring is slowly springing!
still there
no broken skin , and wearing gloves
yes, the same
I think it is an allergic reaction.. so no
