stocked

I took my stock to the gallery this morning. What is there looks good, but I need bigger pieces...and less of a scattergun choice of items!!

Then to buy a countersink bit...an independant shop was shuttered ..and it wasn't lunch time quite... so off to Toolstation where I got a pack of three different sizes. ok for metal, so shelf plastic shouldn't beat them!

Asda for some reduced items and a picnic lunch to eat in the car. then home in the rain. as if we hadn't had enough already!

Further north has snow....

Not much else constructive apart from fettling some bowls and putting them sae in mushroom trays.

Bigger pieces? They are fab for the art but people's pocket books less often open that wide don't you find?

bigger pieces help the smaller ones sell and help improve the display. Big platters do sell...just not so often!

A few large pieces attract attention and make potential customers stop. And there is always the chance that one or two will sell.

Well, it's good to get everything to the gallery, anyway. We're supposed to get down to 4º tonight!

I will look forward to seeing your big pieces. One or two big pieces with all the smaller pieces will make a very attractive display.
At last, my snow is gone. The sun is shining today with a light breeze which will help dry the soggy ground.

I hadn't thought about larger pieces helping your displays, but it makes sense.
