taking stock

I got the washing through nice an early and a brisk but chilly breeze almost totally dried it by lunchtime. Rain arrive mid afternood as the breeze became wind.

Now it is almost nine p.m. and the wind is roaring around and whistling through cracks ...

I listed all the stock I have here to decide what is going where. A group exhibition by Carrick Artists in the small gallery at Souter Johnies in Kirkoswald in May.  The Dancing Thistle small art and crafts shop in Ayr and the Smiddy Gallery at Culzean, our main group gallery.

I can sort the cards for the Smiddy tomorrow. Nothing new yet....no inspiration!!

Now to do my Duolingo evening session...

homework for the  AF class can wait for tomorrow afternoon!

Good luck with sales! I bought a new coffee mug yesterday from a local, kind of funky, pottery.

You keep very busy. It's the way we have to be or we lose it.

It was too cool yesterday to hang the washing out - I did try but felt that it just would not dry. So back indoors on the rack.....
raining now - so definitely no washing hanging outside today

You have made lots of very attractive pottery pieces. I suspect it will sell fast.
This morning, I woke up to a snow cover. It is melting quickly but still; the snow is not so welcome in March.

Your inventory looks terrific. I hope all the sales go well -- it's nice, having multiple galleries and options.

What an enticing selection. I wish we had potters selling their wares in our area.

There's nothing like handmade individual pottery. 👏👏👏
