The berry bowls which you made delight me every time I use them - which is quite frequently, at the moment.

What are the bowls with holes for as a matter of interest?

these are the most elegant holey bowls I've ever seen. So pretty all together on the boards. How do you drill your holes and at what stage of drying?

Your bowls with holes have nice little feet.

Reminds me a bit of Cevanol pans: pans with holes - for chestnuts, of course!

smartcat I use drill bits, by hand. Often I'll vary patterns by using different sizes together.

Tony, they are "berry bowls"..if you've washed some fresh berries, or drained a small tin of whatever...like a small colander!!

yeractual, wouldn't they be used on the coals?
