carrying on...

Saw friends in Epsom, staying with rellies in Kent...now for foraging damsons and a bike ride on flat roads...before we head off west....pictures will wait!

I wonder what you do with the damsons you forage. Make gin perhaps?

Catalyst I prefer to use vodka..no conflicting tastes...and there is jelly, jam, fruit cheese,frozen in halves ready for pies and perhaps even dried as they are sweet......
