Another day

I just caught the last of the sunset last night..a real apricot and peach.

Dealing with Long Covid is no joke, whether it's yourself or a partner.

Changing to Gluten Free is helping..but it is early days.

Hope to get out for a wee ride later....

No - long covid is not fun...

My lingering 'reminders' from covid are a dairy intolerance as well as problems with chocolate and coffee and memory loss/brain fog.... *yay* 🙄
On the plus side, I have heard that these 'random' left overs do recede or repair - I am hanging on for that - I miss cheese!!

I hope you reach some resolution for LC. I lived for a year with a woman who had it. Not pretty.
Lovely sunset.

Both my late wife and I had Covid. I caught it in hospital whilst in for a stent insertion and brought it home to give to her! But fortunately it was mild for both of us and we never had LC.

I sincerely hope that your problems with it will fade away. Opinion has it that it eventually does. Meanwhile enjoy NZ as you seem to be in spite of it.
