Same times.....a clear sky makes a difference!!
Then...
I've shuffled the living room around slightly..made a little more room in the middle so that the sofabed works ok.
Sorted more clothes and books into bags so that daughter and husband (arriving Saturday) and Oily One and friend (arriving Sunday) can choose anything they need.
Op shops aren't taking books anyway, mostly, and are too full.of clothes donations.
Tomorrow is the turn of my study....

Sweet birdsong! I’m not sure that we get morning bird song here in the winter – – most birds have migrated south – – but then it occurred to me it’s so cold I’m never out at dawn… Maybe they do? Must check.
No books in op shops?
They are good sellers in the thrift store where I work – – but it’s true that we recycle about half of them – – selling them on to companies who shred /recycle them or whatever – –
and that’s a huge job to pack up all those heavy books and it takes room to store them too

Crisply cold? Enjoy family time. Shame there aren't good ReUse shops for such donations. We get nearly all our books like that these days. Merry Xmas.
