Basingstoke

in
Pirate's daughter..even shorter than Jane Austen!
Not sure who or what...just a family group

A nice break with Pirate's daughter and husband, nearly halfway between Yeovil with my brother. And Kent, by Canterbury... again!

What a great idea, to decorate the park benches and whatever-they-ares. They really are beautifully done!

I love the art of place. A wall, a door, a painted bench or utility box, all beautiful and created by crafty folks.

I love the poetry and quote benches, think I've been inspired to do that to the benches here at work, thanks for sharing the pictures and inspiration! xx

Jane Austen in Basingstoke? Not that I'm terribly sure where that is... Great photos.

Oh, Hampshire. That makes sense. It sounds north of Englandish to me, but maybe that's Stoke. Sorry, England.

Looks like you had a wonderful outing with family. Loved all the pretty painted utility boxes. How creative people are. And the cute benches as well.

I liked seeing Pirate's daughter--family shots are my favorites--but love the benches and boxes too!
