moving problems

We eventually saw inside our new address on Saturday evening...it is a nice little cottage and has been completely re-decorated...more than was needed.

Unfortunately all the dog kennels were still in the garden and....oh,the rent is so low because of that and of course it will go up once they are out.....

The rent, as we have told them, was our limit....and they had been promising verbally to remove the dogs before we moved in....

it looks like we'll be moving again in January.

Meanwhile we move in tomorrow.

And here you were hoping that you at last had a permanent place to live.

At least this six months should give you time to find something that is right for you. Toes crossed that all goes well tomorrow!

That just, wow, that sucks entirely.

I am so sorry this moving has become such a trial. I wanted you to set up your wheel again! Next place, perhaps.

You haven't moved in yet, and you're already thinking of leaving in January? It sounds like you're addicted to moving. I would hate that.

Good Luck!
What a shame you can't trust a verbal agreement. However, it can be legally binding as long as you have a witness, but it doesn't make for comfortable relationships.

Well, that does not sound like fun. It seems like you might not want to spend much time unpacking.

Pretty poorly way to treat tenants!

Maybe once you are in they will see you are good tenants and keep to the original agreement. Best of luck to you. Moving is such hassle.
