Wind!!!!

Wind with added rain... enough to warrant a yellow weather warning...for the past twelve hours....and a couple more if the forecast carries on correctly.

So.... indoors all day...cleaning bits here and there..rearranging a few things...

Still a trifle cluttered but better...and I was told that the Jade plant should be by the front door...which I had my back to to take this shot.

Making a loaf in the breadmaker has helped to warm the kitchen a little more..and it smells good!

Otherwise it has been a batten down the hatches and read things on the computer day.

At least I wasn't the only one...had a few good online message chats.

A good day for a hair wash too.

Mostly still brown. Never been dyed or curled.

Isn't it funny how people with straight hair want curls....and vice versa...and you see plenty of "bottle blondes"...and "bottle goths " too!!  All wanting something they don't have....

...put some rocks in your pockets so you don't blow away.

I've never dyed my hair either. But I have had a couple of disastrous perms over the years, LOL. I do NOT look good with curly hair.

Lovely hair. The only colour I have put on my hair was a rinse when I was about 14. It turned my blond bits red. (We were not allowed colour of any type). My salt and pepper hair has a bit more salt every time it is cut. Perfect fit for the desk.

Oh, such lovely long hair!
I do regret cutting all mine off over the years, gradually getting shorter and shorter, but it took forever to dry after washing.
Mine too is mostly still brown and has never been dyed, although I did have a poodle perm in the 80s!!

I can't believe how well that desk fits in the alcove.
I suspect your weather was much worse that ours and ours was bad enough! I also think that, sans dog, I would have done a lot more indoor stuff than yomping around a windy hillside!

While you have cold wind, we have sunshine with subzero temperatures and deep snow (over the knees deep).
Your desk is lovely in that spot. Jade plants are wonderful.
