We went for a ride on our bikes....on turbo trainers, side by side in the parlour!!
After lunch, yet more sorting of Stuff and house hunting online.
The waters had mostly subsided by mid-afternoon and we took the chance to look at real houses instead of virtual ones!!

I certainly wish we could have some of that rain. Water is scarce and summer is not over yet.

We live on a hill, and sometimes have the disturbing sight of a wind from the north blowing the rain back UP the hill.
That looks like it was some big storm.
Just one night of good 'stair-rod' rain would be welcome here. It's very dry, and about to get drier!
