These odd times

We are trying to re-set our routine...waking seems to have slipped...and that means our heads don't get going until late morning....then it's lunchtime and then the light has gone again!!

TV and computers off at 9pm has been a good start and bed by 10 pm.....now to get a good night's sleep and up at a decent time and not waste daylight!! Easier said than done...

I make a reasonable list of Things I Need to Get Done....and it is frustrating how little is actually being done.

At least drawing is getting there every other day on average...but I am not inspired.

I have lost my arty mojo - I have not drawn, seriously, for over a year now. I draw to show how to do things, how to plant things etc - instructional drawing but for art - nope.

Seems like the whole world has hit the doldrums.

I quite sympathize, and hope you reorganize quickly.

At least kj you are actually drawing, keeping the hand eye brain links alive.

We're all in this together. I had so many constructive plans for lock-downs, but they evaporated very quickly into days of pottering, picking things up and putting them down again and forgetting where I'd put them. The positive aspect is lots of virtual contact with friends old and new. I think we'll all emerge into a different life style.

I have my cat drawing that you did framed and in the bookcase next to my desk so I see it every day.

I know what you mean about routine. I don't have any work to do that's timetables until 12.30 most days! It's so easy to find oneself going to bed/getting up later and later...
