Evidence of Dippers! But no bird to be seen
No surprise that the dippers weren't around, the river has been really high
Last night's supper....
All these from the garden,..plus a couple of poached eggs each. Simple, but satisfying in many ways.

....nothing is coming out of our garden and won't be for months. Stay dry.
Your supper ingredients look pretty good. Fresh and wholesome. Must have been quite welcome after your damp walkies.
This weather has been unrelenting. Everything here is sodden. Oh how I long for a decent dry spell.

I’m glad you got rain. It was very dry when I visited during the summer.
We are getting lots of rain here. They’re predicting we will be back in i drought soon so all rain gratefully accepted

yum your dinner looks good, I've been getting mostly broccoli out of my garden but the cabbages won't be far off.
