Batch baking and pickling.
Then a little light relief, planning out the workshops verandah and checking over the polytunnel seedlings.

I do like a good day of batch cooking! For me, once I start a day with kitchen things, it tends to get bigger and bigger. I might have a plan to make granola and a slice but I end up doing a whole heap more! Not that Stuy minds of course ;o)

I find that whether I batch bake or do an individual item - it gets scoffed by the gannets I live with, in record time ...
The drawing is absolutely splendid! Really lovely work, it has brightened my day just to see it. Yummy baking too... :-)
So do you put all the baking in the freezer ready for a quick bite? It all looks really good.
