Joanne Noragon said...: Victoria Court appears to be similar to the old arcades in Cleveland. A hallway runs the lenght of the block; the buildings are two or three stories high and there are shops all along the length. One at least was designed by a renouned architect of the time, the late eighteen hundreds.; 24 February 2013 at 15:18
