Another day...

Another day, gradually working in the garden. I have cleared behind the sheds and workshop. There is a space there that could possibly be good for runner beans, eventually. It will take a lot of hard work to get the soil in good condition, and possibly add a loose pebble path..it isn't an often used space.
Behind one shed is the site for the gas bottle cage, and a raised bed could be good beside it.
Pirate has been working towards strengthening next door's fence...some added struts should help prevent it falling on the new polytunnel!! He has worked on strengthening the frame as well.
It is all moving slowly in the right direction...and we do have time.
Three weeks down so far...and the NHS was told to prepare for twelve.
The politicians will do this by the three weeks...if they were blunt and said twelve weeks who knows how people would react.

There is a lot of work being done all over the world in this period of isolation.

Yes, it will be later, not sooner. Glad you still have things to do.

I'm afraid life will never return to what we used to call normal.

I love the idea of runner beans. It's odd how these last few weeks have concentrated the mind on key issues like green vegetables, anything fresh that hasn't sat in a tin for months.
You'll have to show us a photo of them climbing up their poles when they start..
