A light gardening day!
Shed insulation on the way...wrapping it outside.
Filling a corner with runner beans. I hope last year's bean sticks will work ok.
I wonder if this one and his mates will eat my veges?!
The weather has done another quick change..a shower overnight and really hot during the day.
I wouldn't be surprised if it turned cold again tomorrow! I will have to shelter the bean plants, but at least they are in!

It is all coming on well.
Splendid progress with the shed! And I do like the rain water collection system, what a good idea to make use of the shed water and a big plastic bin to store it in! The beans in pots will be wonderful. I have bean envy in that my broad beans seem very reluctant to make a start... I managed to get just one out of 10 to germinate first time round (others rotted), and my next attempt (both in pots and planted directly in the garden) are seeming curiously slow to get going. There is still hope with the second lot, but as every day passes....
All the Best to you both from Us at the other side of the world! P&Lxx

Wonder what kind of caterpillar that is? Do you know? The shed is looking good, though that's more construction than I'd trust myself to do!
I enjoy your posts...seeing how your garden changes over time/seasons.
Your garden is looking good.
Yes, nasty little beggars - cutworms - they love to chew through tiny plants at ground level. So debilitating coming out to the garden in the morning and seeing all the babies limp on the ground.
Love the ingenious bean sticks!
