Monday's walk was a little too far...but it was an achievement.
Now the plan is a little every day. A change in meds that was supposed to be an improvement, wasn't...two steps forwards, one back....but now that has been got over, we are back to plan A, keeping gently active, resting enough and a little bit more every day...and be very, very patient!!
The garden is waiting for a bit more warmth, but the rain is welcome.
There are hardly any beans on the running and climbing beans...not too many tomatoes set...and few female squash flowers..but...the cucumbers are going crazy!!
Here is our garden from above..
The greenhouse is under the bottom left hand corner of the photograph.
I have been researching the details of a batch of the handlebars and stems from our late friend's collection ready to sell. This is what takes time..but that is a dozen more items to list. The real incentive is clearing all this, so that I can start using my workshop for claywork...and my share of the profits will pay for materials to get the kiln and workshop stove going..as well as hopefully our fares on our next visit to friends far away!
A nice expensive parcel has just been packed ready for posting...relief that something worth a lot has been sold..and for the asking price too! And making it worth carrying on.

I grew weary of trying to sell books on the internet. It looks like you're having better luck with your sales. Congratulations! Sorry to learn of the Pirate's struggles. I'm sure he gets frustrated with it all at times. Two words: patience and courage.
Well done, then, on all counts.
Patience—good stuff … could use more myself…
I like seeing the view from above—did you fly a camera drone? Climb a tree?
Excited to think of you working with clay!
Sorry about the setback with the meds but, hopefully, onwards and upwards(slowly) now.
I find that it helps to set up a routine and follow it to be successful on the walking bit.
It's very difficult to follow the doctors' instructions when they tell you to both rest and exercise. Glad the "sales department" is doing well.
Fresca, the view is from our bedroom window
Patience and gentle exercise on the healing journey. How good you are selling valuable things and making room in your pottery workshop.
I've never managed to sell on e-bay/flea-bay. I've just not gotten around to setting it all up. I should check into it now that we're downsizing.
Our friend grew pounds of cucumbers thinking they were courgettes. She's been wondering what to do as she doesn't like pickles. Gave us some and we put them in a stew. Surprisingly nice!
