I'm feeling out of kilter.
Just seeing other places and possibilities?
Who knows.
With a bunch of birthdays coming up I went to Ayr (again!) and bought cards in the closing down sale of the company that bought most of WH Smith. I know ..I should be making them myself....
Next, bottled water. I don't like buying this But if it shows that the tap water here, even if filtered, is upsetting my inner workings it is worth it.
It was hot (24) and hazy today. That meant staying in the cool until 5...then weeding!!!
The compost heap is looking healthier thanks to that. .then after dinner, I weeded the alpine strawberry bed. The tatties were standing tall in the evening...I must earth them up again tomorrow evening.p
The sunset was a warm apricot colour...and I can see the moon now from my bedroom window..

Great sunset to end the day.
Maybe try boiling (then cooling) some tap water and see if that makes a difference. Or even collecting rain water (then boiling) as they do down here
How annoying if it proves to be the tap water. The water utility companies really need a good spanking these days.
they have gone from chlorination to chloramination..basically the old pipework can't cope and there isn't enough maintenance or system replacement. Basically patching it up when it goes (again ..)
rainwater would make sense apart from being near a busy airport..even ten miles away we get a fine dark dust...which disappeared with lockdown....
we do get some cracking good ones!!
((o))
I often find that I feel off-kilter after traveling. It can be hard to settle back into the routine of everyday life.
Your garden is looking so lush! How gorgeous. I find that re-entry after a holiday away is very hard, even if it was just a couple of days.
