Stores progress and Velodroming



Finishing some processes today...pickled shallots, yoghurt and blackberry cordial.

We ventured to Glasgow today and Pirate did some racing on the velodrome there. No winning but general success and good to see friends.

It's great to see you know how to preserve all kinds of food...a talent that unfortunately isn't being taught to young people any more.

I really miss Glasgow. Love that you have pickled shallots, made yoghurt and blackberry cordial. I was planning on pickling some nastatium seeds, but did not get round to doing it. Maybe later in the week i will muster up some energy

Oh Yum❣️❣️❣️ Two of my favorite things, pickled shallots AND blackberry cordial! I have tomato jam bubbling away this morning, should be canned up by this afternoon. Nice to have a few things tucked on shelf!
