Aberfeldy..Scotland

After our ride on Caird Park velodrome in Dundee, we headed for Aberfeldy.

Just to say that we had been there..now we have been to both!..the other is near Whanganui!!

We had a pot of tea in the Three Lemons, which is in a restored tweed and woollens emporium... beautifully done...and good value and good service too.

Lovely apron...good writing too!

Not to mention the wavy locks! Love The Three Lemons building and I'm sure that pot of tea hit the spot. The church spire in one of your photos - that's one of the things I miss from home that I took for granted while I was growing up. Every little town and village had a couple of church spires. There was something anchored and reassuring about it. You don't see that so much here. A lot of "churches" don't look like churches at all. Which is a pity I think.

That fountain is fantastic! Do sporrans really travel in herds?!
