Today is the best weather forecast for this week- it is chilly, clear and sunny. I've been on the go since before six this morning!!
Surprising what a good night's sleep will do :-)
Today will have more de-cluttering, cleaning, washing....
and...
the kiln has been packed and lit since 7.30.

Never cast a clout....that's what my dad said. Don't plant your garden until the end of May, or you'll regret it. In Wales, too, I see. Have a great one.
I always thought it referred to the month of May being gone - of course we are busy putting extra "clouts" back on!!! Google tells me it is 12 degrees C. but it feels a lot less and we had a storm with strong winds and heavy rain squalls last night.
Hi Gwynneth, absolutely. I'm still having to light the stove each morning just to take the chill from the house. I let it peter-out by lunchtime. Rain here today. Everything greening nicely, though. Sadly, we must be off to SPain now as have to empty house for new buyers before June 1st! We'll head from there straight to France where we've found a rental place at short notice for a few months while we buy a place! Hope the kiln firing goes well. You'll soon be off to Eileen Siar, I suppose. Have a great time & best to all those Bloggers up there!
