Why not?

Zhoen, you must not be a drain on the state if you are moving to NZ, especially if you are older- so capital of NZ$ 1m is required. WE have no relatives here, otherwise it would be easy.
It is possible that I may get a work permit, but it wont be easy - I am nearly 60....
but if we can, we will.

A handsome fella, the cat. I missed a chapter in your narrative and don't know why you left Wales. I've enjoyed following your travels.

I suspect I sent you a comment, but equally I suspect I didnt do it correctly....hmmm. try again.
If you can prove yourself financially sufficient then you can stay - if you can provide for yourself with your pottery then you may be able to stay more than 6 months x

I have heard that it is very hard to go to Australia or New Zealand and live. That the government is very strict about all outsiders having a way to make a living. This tells me it's true.
I must have missed something too, because I didn't know you left Wales. Why?
Love that cat, and I was also amazed that you were 60. I thought at least 20 years younger.

I left Wales, farmlady, to be with The Pirate- and because that circle of my life has been almost completed.

The Pirate finds UK Winters hard, and the few times he has seen Winter there in the past 12 years he has been ill....I'm with him now, and I want our time together to be as long as possible....
